At R.A.G.S. Roofing LLC, our story is built on family, hard work, and the values that have guided us from the very beginning.
Founded in 2011 by Mitch and Michele Ross, R.A.G.S. Roofing was established with one simple goal: to provide quality roofing with integrity, fair pricing, and honest service. From day one, we believed every customer deserved dependable workmanship, straightforward communication, and a roofing contractor they could trust.
As R.A.G.S. Roofing has grown, so has the next generation of our family. Michele's eldest son, Nate, has become an integral part of the company through his leadership, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both our customers and our team. He believes in treating everyone like a neighbor, creating opportunities for others to learn and grow, and leading by example every day. Together, our family is building more than a roofing company—we're building a legacy that can be carried on by Nate, our youngest Malcolm, and our grandson Nathan, ensuring these values continue for generations to come.
The name R.A.G.S. holds a special meaning to our family. As we were preparing to start our business, we experienced the loss of our family's patriarch, Raymond Albert George Sullivan. Through the life insurance gift he left behind, he helped make our dream of owning a business possible. To honor his legacy, we named our company after his initials.
Raymond's story embodies the American dream. He immigrated from Canada at just 15 years old and began his career as a stockroom employee for a wholesale electrical company. Through determination, dedication, and a strong work ethic, he rose into upper management, invested in the company, and remained there for more than 50 years. He believed that honesty, perseverance, and hard work created opportunity—principles that continue to guide our family and our business today.
We believe he would be proud to see his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren carrying those values forward through a business dedicated to serving others.
Today, R.A.G.S. Roofing proudly serves Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde, Cornville, the Verde Valley, and communities throughout Northern Arizona. As a family-owned and operated company with more than 50 years of combined roofing experience, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, dependable roofing systems, and customer service that exceeds expectations.
